The purpose of my visit was to enjoy a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of my room, but what I appreciated most was the spacious balcony that offered breathtaking mountain views. The staff, especially Rafael, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel's amenities, including the convenient cable car access and family-friendly playroom, added to my overall satisfaction. My experience was truly memorable, and I am grateful for the wonderful hospitality provided by the hotel.
